Payment Policy
We require payments for the original booking to be paid prior to arrival. Any additional hours during the cleaning will be discussed and agreed, before a final invoice will be sent to the client for them to settle the final amount.
Rate of Cleaning
We offer flat rate and hourly cleaning rate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In the event that we are unable to complete a scheduled cleaning due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the cleaning at no additional charge.
